Eligibility

The Padel Pledge is open to organisations that actively contribute to the growth of padel in the UK and are willing to do so responsibly.

 

We welcome participation from across the padel ecosystem, provided there is a genuine commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and long-term impact.

Who Can Apply

Organisations eligible to join the Padel Pledge include:

​

  • Padel clubs, venues, and court operators

  • Brands, retailers, and manufacturers serving the padel industry

  • Coaches, academies, and training providers

  • Events, media platforms, and community organisations supporting padel

  • Agencies and service providers working within the padel sector

 

Applicants must operate in, or directly support, the UK padel ecosystem.

Membership Requirements

To become a Padel Pledge signatory, organisations must:

  • Commit to at least one core Pledge area:

    • Accessibility for All

    • Inclusive Participation

    • Give Back to the Game

    • Sustainable Growth

  • Make a clear and tangible contribution, either:

    • Financial (donations or matched funding), or

    • In-kind (equipment, coaching time, court access, expertise, or resources)

  • Demonstrate alignment with the values and intent of the Padel Pledge

  • Agree to transparent and responsible use of the Padel Pledge name and mark​

 

Membership is based on intent, action, and impact.

How to Join

Organisations interested in signing The Padel Pledge can do so directly by following these steps.​​

 

Applications are reviewed to ensure alignment and impact before signatory status is confirmed.
